Thank you for choosing Exotica Style — your store for quality cotton apparel for men and women. We make every effort to ship orders promptly, securely, and effectively. Take time to carefully read our shipping policy below to know how your order will be handled and shipped.

Order Processing Time
All orders are fulfilled in 1–3 business days from the date of full payment. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be fulfilled on the next working day. You will have a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Duration
We provide standard and express shipping based on your location:

Within India:

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen delays (weather, courier issues, etc.).

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.

Free standard shipping on all orders (India only).

International shipping charges are based on weight and destination and will be shown before payment.

Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, we will send a tracking number by email or SMS. You may use it to track your parcel on the courier's website. In case you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days after placing an order, contact us. 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Ensure that your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.
We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from:

Incorrect/incomplete address

Unavailable recipient

Failed delivery attempts

If a package is sent back to us as a result of such problems, we will get in touch with you for reshipment. Extra shipping cost may be incurred.

Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
International shipments could incur customs charges or import tax depending on the country. These are not part of our shipping price or our prices and will be the customer's responsibility. We suggest that you contact your local customs house for further information before placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is visibly damaged or goes missing during shipment, kindly contact us within 48 hours from delivery. Provide order number and photos (if any). We will look into it and provide a solution in the form of refund, replacement, or store credit, as the case may be.
